Highly recommended, great company to work with!

Hammy Mitchell and his team at KLM Contracting just completed my excavation project that included a modular home foundation, shop, septic system, and driveway. Hammy was recommended by every local concrete contractor that I called…he even has a great reputation with all the county inspectors. Anytime I talked to someone at the County Courthouse about plans, permits, questions—they said “Oh good, you’ve got Hammy.”

He built a long driveway for me and brought in a water line as well. After completing the foundation, he put in the septic. His excavator operator, Mike, was one of the most skilled I’ve had the pleasure to watch at work. Hammy was on top of everything and kept me updated on what they would do and when they would do it. Mid-project, the place was mostly dug out with large piles of dirt and rock everywhere. But, when they finished up, everything was compacted and smooth and all those rocks disappeared. Great company to work with and highly recommended—I can’t think of anyone I’d rather work with for any future building projects
